What is your style of nutrition coaching?

Do you provide 1:1 training in person?

Absolutely! 1:1 training is the preferred method of training at Movement Co VI. We enjoy working with clients face to face and we love the true value that the 1:1 atmosphere brings to our sessions.

why is 1:1 prefferable

We have worked with hundreds of clients online, in person and everything in between, and what we have noticed is that the level of comprehensive feedback and care taken in a one on one session is unparalleled,

we pride ourselves in doing our due diligence with fitness assessments prior to working with every client to insure the lowest possible risk of injury. Unfortunately with online coaching that kind of service and accountability is impossible.
